the package was well packed, nothing was broken and everything seems to work. on the back are 2 buttons that you have to press to open and close the sides that will hold the phone. i’ve opened them to the max so you can see how much it can hold. when you press the upper button on the back, the sides open up alone, but if you want to close them, you need to press the button and close them alone. the bottom side, you need to open and close it alone but with holding the lower back button. i’ve put my phone inside, closed the sides and tried shaking it hard.. it didn’t fall out. the holders seem to be good quality. it also has a vacum button that i guess you have to press when you put the sticky part where you want it to be. i’ve read lots of complains (not on this product, but on others about the sticky part) that if you put it on the plastic, after a while it leaves marks where it was places. so i recommend using it on the glass only. will leave additional feedback after using it
